This policy applies to ASTROLAB CONSULTING LLC as the data controller for the Booking Station product ecosystem,
including the customer mobile app, service provider mobile app, and business management system.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
- Name: account identification
- Phone number: account creation, authentication (OTP), booking confirmations, and verification
- Email address: communication and account recovery (optional)
- Profile image: optional upload
- Location data: nearby services, map features, and personalization (with your permission)
2.2 Booking Information
- Service bookings and appointment history
- Preferred venues and services
- Booking preferences and schedules
2.3 Device Information
- Device token (push notifications)
- Device type (iOS/Android), OS version, app version
2.4 Usage Data
- App interactions and navigation patterns
- Search queries and feature usage
- Crash reports and performance data
2.5 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
If applicable, Booking Station may request permission related to tracking. If requested, it is used solely to:
- Provide personalized recommendations based on your location
- Show nearby services relevant to your area
- Improve your in-app experience with location-based content
Important: We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.
2.6 Wallet, Payments & Financial Information
Booking Station (customer app) and Booking Station Pro (service provider app) handle payments
differently. Depending on how you use the apps, we may collect and process:
2.6.1 Customer App (Booking Station)
- Booking payment details: amount paid, payment method type, payment status, and booking reference
- Payment confirmation data: transaction IDs and responses returned by our payment processors
- Wallet balance and transaction history: refunds credited to your wallet, withdrawal requests, and related transaction identifiers
Customers pay for booked services directly at checkout by card (Visa or Mastercard) through our payment
gateway (PayTabs / MEPS). We do not require you to pre-load a wallet balance to book.
The in-app wallet is used mainly to hold refunds and to request withdrawal of available balance.
If you submit a withdrawal request, we collect your bank account details solely to process that withdrawal.
We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Card and payment
details are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
2.6.2 Business Account App (Booking Station Pro)
- Wallet balance and transactions: service-related transactions, platform fees (if applicable), and transaction history
- Withdrawal requests: requested amounts, request status, and payout transaction identifiers
- Bank details: bank name, account holder name, account number/IBAN (if applicable), and SWIFT/BIC code, collected solely to process withdrawal requests where applicable
Business accounts may maintain in-app wallet balances and submit withdrawal requests where the platform
supports them. Bank account details are collected exclusively to process withdrawal requests.

2.6.3 Payment Processor
Card transactions are processed through our third-party payment processor:
- PayTabs (MEPS) — Visa & Mastercard card processing
PayTabs handles payment information according to its own privacy policy. We receive only the
information needed to confirm the transaction and update your wallet or booking status.
